Problem: The customer had a base frame that was being manually loaded onto two different conveyors which was leading to a cycle time issue.

Solution: Buckeye Machine designed and manufactured a pick and place Fanuc robot cell using grippers to transfer the part to either conveyor.

Improvements:

• Cost effective compared to manual loading
• Multi conveyor transfer
• Faster cycle time
