Problem: The customer was having problem putting a urethane bead into an automotive glass seal.

Solution: Buckeye Machine designed and manufactured a Motoman robot cell to dispense urethane into three seals in one fixture while the operator loaded the other fixture. 

Improvements:

• Greatly improved cycle time
• Increased quality of urethane dispensing
• Saved valuable floor space
