Problem: The customer was applying urethane manually around a piece of glass causing quality issues and an inconsistent pattern.

Solution: Buckeye Machine designed and manufactured a dispensing cell using our customer’s existing robot.  This made a more consistent bead of urethane around the part.

Improvements:

• Repeatable consistent urethane dispensing
• Increased production and quality
• Saved valuable floor space
