Problem: The customer had a dross box being manually cleaned which was a safety hazard due to the heat and explosiveness of the molten material.

Solution: Buckeye Machine designed and manufactured a general automation Motoman dross robot cell to clean the dross box a few times per shift eliminating the operator from the heat and danger of the molten material.
