At Buckeye, every employee is trained to uphold a proactive approach to quality. We enjoy a multi-level inspection program, which continuously adds to and updates its procedures. Commitment to accuracy by our employees assures quality in our products.  We pride ourselves on producing quality equipment that produces quality parts for our customers.

Our Quality Control Program Includes:
• ISO Compliant
• Process Inspection Systems/Capabilities 

ISO 
Buckeye has gone through all of the exercises in being ISO 9001 compliant, and we have found that it has been a great way to improve our company's operation and quality control system.  We have not found it to be advantageous to become a registered ISO 9001 company, but we adhere to the concepts.  This does not mean that we are any less quality compliant than those that have become registered.    

Process Inspection
We adhere to a system that continuously monitors quality levels during the production process itself rather than post-production inspection of the items produced. Our intent is to produce no defective items. By recording quality at frequent regular intervals, trends toward defective production can be spotted. By stopping the process before it drifts out of control and making necessary corrections, no defective parts will be produced.
